ElixRank provides AI-powered SEO tools and insights. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. You must not abuse our API or AI credit system through automated scraping, bot networks, or any unauthorized programmatic access.
To use certain features, you must register for an account and connect your Google Search Console (GSC) account. By connecting GSC, you grant ElixRank read access to your website's search performance data. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
ElixRank offers Free and Pro (paid) tiers. Paid plans provide a set number of AI credits per month.Credits do not roll over: Unused credits at the end of a monthly billing period are forfeited and cannot be refunded. Your credits reset at the beginning of each new billing period.
Refunds & Right of Withdrawal Waiver: Due to the immediate costs incurred by LLM usage and API calls (e.g., DataForSEO), and because the performance of the service begins immediately upon payment, you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal (if applicable in your jurisdiction). All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly required by law.
The SEO insights and programmatic SEO plans generated by our AI are for informational and strategic purposes only. ElixRank does not guarantee any specific search engine rankings, traffic increases, or business outcomes resulting from the use of our recommendations.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
